I am Dimitrius Zabrocky, 49 years old. I used to work for HHC Gouverneur Health, a city hospital, in New York city as a Hospital Police for 22 years. While I was working with them, I heard a lot of arguments and problems with the administration. Corruption is very rampant in this facility and I am here to expose it all.

Gouverneur Health, formerly known as Gouverneur Hospital, is a municipally owned healthcare facility affiliated with the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC). It is located at 227 Madison Street in Lower Manhattan. The facility offers comprehensive healthcare services, including outpatient, specialty, and skilled nursing care. It primarily serves residents of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

To beautify the said hospital, they tapped the Hunter Roberts Construction Group. This partnership started all the financial problems of the company I’ve seen a lot of arguments between the management and how they tried to cover up these incidents.

Mendel Hagler was the Executive Director of Gouverneur Healthcare Services at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation during that time. He spearheaded the massive $257 million  expansion modernization project together with Larry Sobberman and Bryan O’ Connor, an accountant of the said Construction company. Bryan was the one who manipulated the books and they stole 56 million dollars.

There have been significant cost overruns. In the midst of a massive $257 million modernization project, which Hagler spearheaded, he resigned.

I reported the anomalies of Hagler’s group to the Investigating General of the HHC. They believed me because there were anonymous letters sent to them reporting the same. They didn’t expose it because if the public knew about this, they will not go to the City Hospitals anymore.

A spokesperson for HHC confirmed the news, but did not respond to questions about the reasons for Hagler’s resignation. Until today there is no indication that the construction complications were the reason Hagler is leaving Gouverneur.

Months after my report and declaration, the people involved find ways to fire me and remove me from HHC because they knew that I have so much knowledge of their acts. They hired stalkers to follow me around the city. Please see pictures above.

I even had stalkers when I went to the Philippines to have a vacation. I was in Glam Squad Salon in Timog Ave. Quezon City when 2 men where spying on me. I was a bit terrified but I asked for the CCTV footage from the said establishment.

I hope Mendel Hagler and his team will be properly sanctioned by the government for their unlawful acts.
